Delete your Case Draft account

From inside the app

Open Profile and choose Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm it is you. The account is removed immediately.

If you cannot sign in

Email m.abdullah.faizee@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. We use the address the request comes from to confirm it is yours, so please write from that account.

What is deleted

Your login and email address
Your profile, username and points
Every case note you wrote, including from the shared library other students can see
Your challenge cases and your bookmarks

This cannot be undone. There is no recovery period and no backup copy you can ask us to restore from.

What is not deleted

If you reported somebody else's case, that report stays, without your identity attached to anything shown to a moderator. Removing it would erase part of the record of a moderation decision that was made about another person's content.

How long it takes

Deletion from the app is immediate. A request sent by email is actioned within 30 days.
